Participation in LitterLeague activities — including picking up litter in any public or private area — is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. LitterLeague, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation.
Litter and debris may include sharp objects, broken glass, needles, toxic chemicals, biohazardous waste, or other dangerous materials. Always use appropriate protective equipment such as gloves when collecting litter. Never handle suspicious or potentially dangerous items — leave them and contact local authorities.
Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not collect litter near fast-moving traffic, unstable terrain, or any area that poses a safety risk. Obey all local laws and regulations regarding access to public and private property.
By submitting a photo, you confirm that the photo was taken during your own litter cleanup and accurately represents the number of pieces collected. Submissions with false or misleading information will be disqualified. LitterLeague reserves the right to remove any submission or ban any user at its sole discretion.
Prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of LitterLeague organizers. LitterLeague reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any prize at any time. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving a prize.
By submitting photos to LitterLeague, you grant LitterLeague a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those photos for promotional purposes, including on social media and the website.
LitterLeague reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current disclaimer.
